Star Wars Land, Galaxy’s Edge, is one of my husband’s favorite lands to visit when we’re at the park. It offers and immersive experience with two thrilling rides that are well worth the wait, but I really like to go there to try all the yummy food and drinks!
For weeks, I had been eyeing the Blue Milk and we had the perfect opportunity to grab a cup while visiting on a Sunday. Who doesn’t like a themed beverage? The Milk Stand is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in themed beverages that add an extra layer of magic to your Disneyland adventure. Next it would only be natural for me to have a delicious treat to go with it. This gem offers a taste of the galaxy far, far away with its unique beverages and treats.
As frequent Disney-goers, my husband and I want to make sure that we carve out time for all the fun adult activities, like trying new and best Disneyland food, treats and drinks. The Milk Stand
After we had some fun on Smugglers Run, we walked around and had the chance to meet some characters. This is the best part of Galaxy’s edge – we ran into Chewy, Rey and of course Storm Troopers.
Star Wars Land caters to adults and kids alike, offering a perfect mix of nostalgia and excitement. If you’re looking for a quick stop or a small treat during your Disneyland day, The Milk Stand is a fantastic choice. It’s a place where the magic of Disney meets the allure of Star Wars, creating a unique experience that you won’t want to miss.
We debated doing a mobile order as it was an available option but instead decided to walk up. To our surprise, there was no line and we wasted no time glancing through the food board that displayed the options available.
Blue Milk and Green Milk: The Stars of the Show
The Milk Stand offers two signature drinks: Blue Milk and Green Milk. These beverages have become legendary among Disney-goers, and for good reason. My heart was set on the Blue Milk! I also wanted to try something to eat, and the Polystarch Puff Bread looked delicious!
Now the Blue Milk was a total surprise and nothing like what I expected! It was sweet and tangy and hints of shaved ice throughout each sip. I thought it would be more like a smoothie, but it had the consistency of an Icee or Slurpee. I give it a 5/5 rating for its flavor and creativity.
A Delicious Pairing: Polystarch Puff Bread
While the drinks are the main attraction, don’t overlook the food offerings at The Milk Stand.
I decided to try the Polystarch Puff Bread, and it did not disappoint. It was delicious! This would pair so well with a warm coffee. Think of a sweet, flaky croissant on the inside and the taste of a Mexican sweet bread covering the outside. My daughter and husband probably ate most of it, but ahhhh it was so good- I savored every bite! I’d definitely give this one a
5/5 rating.
Final Thoughts
Star Wars Land is a fun place and definitely caters to adults! If you’re looking for a quick stop or a small treat to enjoy you’ll definitely want to spend some time at the Milk Stand. The Milk Stand at Galaxy’s Edge is more than just a place to grab a drink—it’s an essential part of the Star Wars experience. Don’t forget to grab your Disney Day Trip Planner to make the most of your visit, and let the magic begin!
