If you’re planning a trip to Disneyland, stopping by Oga’s Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is probably on your list if you’re a Star Wars fan. This lively, immersive bar transports you straight into the heart of Batuu, where you can sip on exotic concoctions while enjoying a galactic ambiance unlike any other. Whether you’re a Star Wars superfan or just looking for a fun and unique dining experience, Oga’s Cantina is sure to impress.
In this review, we’ll dive into the highlights of Oga’s Cantina, specifically focusing on the foods we tried like Jabba Juice, Black Spire Cold Brew, and Garlic Cheese Five Blossom Bread Pretzel Bites. The Atmosphere at Oga’s Cantina
From the moment you step into Oga’s Cantina, you feel like you’ve been transported into a Star Wars movie. The dim lighting, futuristic decor, and thumping beats provided by DJ R-3X (a former Star Tours pilot turned cantina DJ) create an out-of-this-world experience. The bar is usually packed, with a mix of standing tables and booths adding to the lively, bustling vibe. Reservations are strongly recommended, as this popular spot fills up quickly! This is even more important if you’re trying to visit Oga’s with small kids. We took our five-year-old daughter and were so glad that we reserved seats and had a booth. Even though the booths are shared I can’t imagine how she would have stood next to a cocktail height table top table.
Now, let’s talk about what really matters—the drinks and snacks!
Jabba Juice: A Fruity Favorite
One of Oga’s Cantina’s most popular non-alcoholic drinks is Jabba Juice. This vibrant, fruity concoction blends Simply Orange juice, Pineapple, Kiwi, Cantaloupe, and Blueberry Popping Pearls, making for a refreshingly sweet and tangy beverage. The flavors are well-balanced, offering a tropical kick without being overly sugary. The Blueberry Popping Pearls add a fun texture, bursting with flavor as you sip.
If you’re looking for a non-alcoholic drink that’s both kid-friendly and delicious for adults, Jabba Juice is an excellent choice. It’s a great way to cool off after a day of exploring Batuu, and its colorful presentation makes it an Instagram-worthy beverage. While my daughter loved her drink, I think it was too sweet as she only drank half of it.
Black Spire Cold Brew: A Must-Try for Coffee Lovers
For those who need a caffeine boost, the Black Spire Brew is a drink choice that will stand out. This specialty cold brew coffee includes Joffrey’s Coffee, Falernum, Honey Mango Syrup and Citrus Juice.
I would say you will taste more of the sweetness than you will the caffeine. The mix of coffee with a touch of sweetness makes it energizing treat. It’s a great pick-me-up before heading off to ride Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run or Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.
Garlic Cheese Blossom Pretzel Bites: The Perfect Savory Snack
Oga’s Cantina isn’t just about the drinks—the food offerings are just as impressive. One of our favorite snacks is the Garlic Cheese Blossom Pretzel Bites. These warm, soft pretzel bites are infused with garlic and stuffed with gooey cheese, making for a decadent and satisfying treat.
The savory garlic flavor pairs beautifully with the melty cheese, and the texture is spot on—crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. These bites are perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself), and they complement many of the drinks on the menu. Whether you’re sipping on a Jabba Juice or enjoying a spiked concoction, these pretzel bites are a must-try. I would definitely recommend leaving room for an appetizer even if it’s shared amongst a group, just to get a glimpse into the delectable presentation and pairing with drinks. One thing I loved about Oga’s is that you weren’t restricted to only alcoholic drink choices there were delicious food options and a variety of beverages that catered to families.

Tips for Visiting Oga’s Cantina
To make the most of your visit to Oga’s Cantina, here are a few key tips:
- Make a Reservation: This hotspot fills up fast, so book your reservation through the Disneyland app ahead of time. I love an early reservation even as early as 10:30am, it provides a good morning rest break and since the food options are smaller it allows for families to share small bites which will fill in between breakfast and lunch.
- Be Prepared to Stand: Seating is limited, and many guests will be standing at high-top tables. I would only recommend high-top tables for adults or older teens.
- Try a Variety of Drinks: Oga’s Cantina has a diverse menu, so don’t hesitate to try multiple drinks to find your favorite.
- Enjoy the Theming: Take in the sights, sounds, and overall experience—it’s one of the most immersive spots in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Be sure to walk around the bar to appreciate the ambience and decor.

Final Thoughts: Is Oga’s Cantina Worth It?
Absolutely! Whether you’re a Star Wars fan or just looking for a unique Disneyland experience, Oga’s Cantina offers something for everyone. The immersive atmosphere, creative drinks, and delicious snacks make it one of the best dining spots in the park. My husband enjoyed a beer and had zero complaints. Jabba Juice is a fruity delight, and the Garlic Cheese Blossom Pretzel Bites are a perfect savory snack.
